Xavio are delighted to share selected photography from this superb family home in one of Chelsea's most prestigious streets. We worked closely with BLDA Architects, Finchatton, The Next Level, LTSR and Priory to deliver a sophisticated lighting scheme for both interior and exterior.
One of the most striking features is the underlit cantilever stairs which provides a superb entrance to the lower floors in juxtaposition to the period features of this listed building. We have also used backlighting techniques to good effect in the kitchen and other areas, working closely with the interior designers on the co-ordination of this.
