Xavio are privileged to have worked with Caudwell on one of the most super-prime landmark residential developments to be undertaken in London. A great deal of resource and input was required to complete the lighting design for 29 private luxury apartments, and was achieved through close collaboration with the Caudwell team, architects EPR and Robert A.M. Stern and interior designers. The development includes a gym, swimming pool, roof terraces, and central courtyard and the finishes to the apartments are impeccable complementing the grand architectural features that are found in the heart of Mayfair.
