Regents Park Residence

An enormous 40,000 sq. ft. private residence on prestigious Regent's Park. Xavio are providing a full lighting design for the interior. This beautiful building was originally refurbished by Walter Lilly for the previous owner and is now being completely refurbished.

Large sections of the interior are Grade I Listed, requiring Xavio's special expertise in sympathetic techniques for historic buildings.
