Renaissance Hotel Amsterdam
Xavio are proud to have provided the architectural lighting design for the entire scope of the luxurious Renaissance Hotel Amsterdam by Marriott. Our lighting design scope included the facade, public areas, atrium, lobbies, conference spaces, corridors, 500 guest rooms of various types, and the wedding venue.
We collaborated closely with Bowler James Brindley, Stylt Interior Design, Lindhorst and many other professional firms during the design and construction phases. A key theme for the hotel is the massive trees to be found in the historic city of Amsterdam, this is reflected in the design of many of the spaces. Our lighting design aligned with this including the feature lighting of the central restaurant and the floating 'leaves' in the public spaces.
